Membership in the international Information Systems Audit and Control Association organization is required to become a member of the local chapter. You can also email the Membership Coordinator for the Puget Sound Chapter by clicking here and request a membership form which can be completed and mailed or faxed to the Information Systems Audit and Control Association headquarters. The address and fax numbers are on the membership form. When requesting a membership form via email, be sure to include your name, mailing address, phone and fax numbers. |
